Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
  • •Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align the product strategy with business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals; prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on feedback and feasibility.
  • •Track product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features based on data insights.
  • •Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • •3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • •Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • •Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
