Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities and utility providers (e.g., MoMRA, SEC, NWC, STC, RCRC, Aramco, Civil Defense, MOC) focused on design and infrastructure requirements.
  • •Lead authority submissions, NOCs, and approvals, ensuring design compliance and infrastructure standards are embedded in stakeholder engagement.
  • •Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, design teams, and utility providers, including utility connections, diversions, and protection requirements.
  • •Facilitate design review meetings and arrange stakeholder workshops, tracking design-related actions, decisions, and closures.
  • •Maintain stakeholder registers and approval trackers; identify and resolve stakeholder issues that may impact scope, cost, programme, or design integrity, and escalate critical issues with updates to project leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in stakeholder, interface, or infrastructure management with a background in infrastructure and design coordination.
  • •Strong experience working with KSA government authorities and utility providers on infrastructure projects.
  • •Knowledge of KSA approval, NOC, and utility coordination processes for infrastructure and design.
  • •Proven ability coordinating between design teams and external stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills; Arabic language skills are desirable.
