Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and distribute sanctions program reporting and metrics for governance and risk oversight, including dashboards and executive materials.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define sanctions risk metrics and reporting for boards, committees, and Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) leadership; deliver weekly updates and insights.
  • •Serve as a sanctions SME for screening implementation, collaborating with technology teams on solutions (e.g., Bridger), data element reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • •Support automation and process optimization for sanctions-related workflows, including monitoring performance, escalating issues, and maintaining automation documentation.
  • •Contribute to change management governance and act as a point of contact for New Product Approvals (NPA) and M&A sanctions reviews, tracking status and producing summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime compliance, risk management, regulatory governance, or compliance technology.
  • •Experience supporting sanctions screening programs, compliance reporting, governance frameworks, or compliance technology implementations.
  • •Familiarity with sanctions screening tools such as Bridger Insight (or similar platforms) and supporting automation/system implementations in compliance environments.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting tools such as Tableau.
