Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global workforce strategy workstream end to end, including scope, plan, milestones, risks, and status reporting to leadership.
  • •Develop comprehensive cost-benefit analyses across international markets, including contractor-to-EOR conversions, new EOR implementations, and entity-threshold decisions.
  • •Create a scalable decision framework for choosing between contractor, EOR, and entity models weighted by cost, compliance risk, speed, candidate experience, and long-term complexity.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, and business leaders to reach decisions and publish guardrails.
  • •Support UK expansion evaluation and potential entity creation, and partner with engineering leadership on LATAM hiring plans using the provided framework.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in program or project management with direct ownership of international workforce, global mobility, or global HR operations initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience with EOR platforms and implementations, contractor engagement models, and the economics/mechanics of establishing legal entities in new markets.
  • •Working knowledge of worker classification, permanent establishment, payroll and employment tax, work authorization, benefits, and statutory requirements.
  • •Direct experience working with LATAM and the UK markets.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills to build fully-loaded cost comparisons and explain them to a CFO.
