Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams across client, internal, and vendor partners. Drive system integrations, data center initiatives, server builds, network/storage deployments, and cloud migrations while ensuring governance, audits, and timely communication. Provide leadership, maintain charters, schedules and risk plans, and deliver measurable project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, initiate, and execute complex and/or multiple infrastructure projects.
•Support and coordinate international system integrations as part of enterprise initiatives.
•Coordinate and support email and Office 365 migration activities, including merger-related efforts.
•Facilitate IT project execution by ensuring quality, completeness, tracking, and reporting of work items across teams.
•Create, manage, and maintain project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, budgets, gate reviews, and related documentation.

Key Requirements

•Oberall 12+ years with 4-6 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience with successful delivery of multiple projects.
•Experience supporting infrastructure initiatives such as system integrations, data center projects, server builds, network and storage implementations, cloud solutions, and office technology changes.
•Strong facilitation skills to support productive team discussions.
•Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).
•Understanding of requirements gathering, testing coordination, and release processes.
