Job Summary

Provide remote technical support to clients as an entry-level networking engineer, handling incidents and requests while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions. Investigate and diagnose issues using service assurance tools, analyze service records, and document, escalate, and close tickets. Maintain secure configuration of configuration items (CIs), track and correct CI data, and assist with root-cause analysis and preventative remedies across supported networking domains and vendor technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate in the region and provide professional remote technical support by handling requests and incidents according to procedures.
•Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools, collect performance statistics, create reports, and analyze service records against SLAs.
•Prioritize and troubleshoot incidents, investigate root causes, escalate unresolved issues, and follow up until resolution and service recovery.
•Perform agreed maintenance tasks and ensure usage of knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution, including assisting with updates.
•Maintain secure and accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs), track/log/correct CI-related information, and document and close resolved incidents.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience in networking technologies such as routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
•Entry-level experience in technical support to clients and providing remote support in networking technologies.
•Entry-level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting of networking incidents.
•Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing (or related) and an associate-level networking certification (e.g., Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
