Job Summary

Lead the Inspire top-of-funnel discovery experiences and the Faire mobile app, owning vision and roadmap for homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, and global navigation. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver engaging, measurable features that boost engagement and conversion. Shape the app’s multi-year strategy, run disciplined experiments, and work with executive leadership to guide Inspire’s direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Inspire top-of-funnel discovery experiences (homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, global navigation) and the Faire mobile app, shaping the product vision and roadmap.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver experiences balancing retailer delight, brand voice, and measurable business impact.
•Lead the mobile app redesign by establishing a coherent app vision and driving progress with design, engineering, and adjacent pod leads.
•Define and track success metrics for engagement and downstream conversion, conducting disciplined experiments and translating results into roadmap direction.
•Work directly with Faire’s CEO and senior leadership to shape Inspire’s long-term strategy and multi-year app vision.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product experience at a high-growth tech company or as a startup founder, with a track record of driving meaningful user and business impact.
•Proven track record owning top-of-funnel or high-engagement consumer surfaces (feeds, homepages, browse experiences, or explore surfaces) at a high-engagement platform (consumer social, ecommerce, marketplace, or content discovery).
•Mobile product depth, owning a native app experience as a primary product area, with measurable improvements in app metrics (conversion, engagement, retention).
•0→1 experience launching new products or experiences from scratch with MVP scope that emphasizes learning while preserving quality.
•Highly collaborative and persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
