Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-trained to assist with sales and service, handle new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
