Recon Technician - Rockville Audi

Inspect, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to ensure they’re ready for front-line dealership readiness. Perform mechanical and cosmetic repairs, complete basic maintenance (oil, brakes, batteries, fluids), and communicate needed work to service advisors or management. Maintain reconditioning logs, meet daily production targets, operate vehicles safely within dealership areas, and keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
