Job Summary

Partner with the GTM leadership team as a finance leader for Marketing & Data Solutions. Own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting, build revenue models, and support bookings-to-revenue reconciliation. Lead sales capacity planning, expense forecasting, and deal economics support, including non-standard deal structures and pricing initiatives. Drive planning cycles and automation/AI-first ways of working to scale finance insights for growth and revenue planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting, including revenue and bookings analysis and partnership with Accounting to reconcile bookings, billings, and revenue.
•Build and maintain revenue models that provide actionable insight into growth, retention, and expansion.
•Lead sales capacity planning and expense forecasting by partnering with Revenue Operations to link headcount, ramp, productivity, and quota to the revenue plan.
•Serve as a dedicated finance partner to GTM leadership, providing guidance on strategic proposals, investment decisions, and deal economics/pricing and packaging initiatives.
•Support planning and operating rhythm through long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, MBR/board inputs, and AI-first automation to scale finance capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue finance, strategic planning and analysis, consulting, banking, or related fields.
•Strong expertise in revenue modeling, ARR analysis, sales capacity planning, and unit economics.
•Track record of partnering with GTM/Marketing/Revenue Operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
