Create reusable React Native frontend architecture and components, integrate data-driven capabilities with Data Science teams, and partner across Product, Design, and Engineering through the full lifecycle. You’ll own projects from technical design through production deployment and optimization, contributing to architecture decisions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver scalable, reliable, maintainable software powering products used daily by members worldwide.
•Design and develop frontend and backend solutions focused on performance, scalability, and user experience.
•Create reusable frontend architecture, components, and engineering patterns to improve development velocity and consistency.
•Partner with Data Science to integrate algorithms and data-driven capabilities into products.
•Own projects from technical design through production deployment and ongoing optimization, contributing to architectural decisions and engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a React Native/Mobile Engineer building production-grade applications.
•Mandatory mobile application development experience, including React Native (or Kotlin/Swift + React).
•Experience with backend languages such as Scala, Java, Ruby, Python, or Go.
•Experience designing and working with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience), with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
