Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Project Controls support for assigned projects, including scheduling and cost control, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Implement standard project controls tool sets and work processes across India Operations projects.
  • •Set up and manage project schedules, tracking/reporting highlights, deviations, and propose recovery plans.
  • •Establish cost control tools for earned value, productivity measurement, and monitoring.
  • •Support monthly project reviews, gating reviews, audits, internal/customer meetings, and preparation of monthly project reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and control.
  • •Experience setting up and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6, including scheduling analysis (e.g., critical path, look-ahead plans).
  • •Experience with cost analysis and risk/opportunity tracking, including control vs. actuals and unbilled analysis.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP, including PS and FICO modules, and use of SAP T-codes (added advantage).
  • •Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, or Finance; PMI Certified Professionals preferred.
