  • •Lead regulatory strategy and policy development end to end to achieve successful outcomes on accelerated timelines.
  • •Advocate to optimize satellite and telecom regulatory frameworks aligned with SpaceX business objectives.
  • •Develop and advocate broadband and mobile spectrum policies that support Starlink’s global success.
  • •Represent SpaceX positions in international fora, including regulatory agencies, industry forums, and regional organizations.
  • •Develop advocacy pieces incorporating technical analysis in partnership with technical leads.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •3+ years of experience in policy or at a technology company.
  • •3+ years of experience in telecommunications policy or in a product, business, or regulatory role in the wireless or mobile industry.
  • •Expert knowledge of technology and policy issues for wireless and/or satellite companies, including spectrum and wireless technologies.
  • •Experience working with regulators and government agencies.
