Construction Project Manager (Starlink)

Lead end-to-end construction projects for Starlink at the production facility, owning on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction. Coordinate scope inputs, solicit and evaluate bids, build final cost and schedules, and implement controls across cost, schedule, and scope. Manage construction contracts and invoicing, resolve field conflicts in real time, and work with city/county approvals while coordinating with facilities operations and maintenance teams.
