Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive service readiness throughout the product life cycle of wafer fab equipment.
  • •Support internal and external documentation review for legacy and new products, including IP review and approval for NPI and legacy customer documentation.
  • •Drive service product roadmap releases through the program management process (training, documentation, spares readiness, part repair, etc.).
  • •Participate in design-for-install and design-for-service programs and support introduction of equipment special tooling.
  • •Lead continuous improvement programs and field productivity initiatives, including training/certification and predictive maintenance service tooling/digital tools adoption.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 136,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Controls, Data Analytics, or related) or BS in Engineering with an MS in Engineering Management.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical systems, robotics, controls, and data analytics; internship/project experience preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
  • •Ability to manage projects, analyze data, and present technical findings.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with demonstrated leadership potential through academic, internship, or project experience.
