Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and direct daily work activities for a pipeline construction crew for maintenance, repair, and new construction.
  • •Lead supervisory duties including coaching employees, participation in performance reviews, and supporting employment and termination decisions.
  • •Perform heavy equipment and welding operations and plan/oversee work such as hot tapping, pipe change-outs, and hazardous work plans (hot work permitting and lock out/tagout).
  • •Track work plans and provide administrative support including cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly project variance reporting.
  • •Ensure compliance with welding procedures, pipeline construction requirements, FMCSA, and OSHA; identify hazards and use stop-work authority; lead safety programs.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60.76 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency.
  • •Experience supervising pipeline maintenance or construction projects (5+ years preferred).
  • •Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage a work group.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and DOT pipeline regulations for natural gas and products pipelines.
  • •Experience with welding process/procedures and CDL/Federal regulations, plus the ability to be available for call-out 24/7.
