Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Linode opportunities in China (Beijing) as a public cloud presales engineer, supporting APJ and leading technical sales.
  • •Drive customer success and Linode adoption within the account team, leveraging cloud service delivery experience.
  • •Lead solution innovation, promote local tech trends, and help shape the product roadmap with global managers.
  • •Build technical thought leadership in Cloud Computing/Linode to grow Akamai’s business.
  • •Lead pre-sales SME enablement groups on Linode and public cloud technology stacks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in a customer-facing technical role with public cloud, consulting, hosting, or cloud software expertise.
  • •Experience architecting complex IaaS solutions for customers.
  • •Professional-level certifications from AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle and/or CNCF.
  • •In-depth skills and certifications in at least three areas: Kubernetes, cloud, AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle, AI & GPU, IaC/CI/CD, and/or CNCF.
  • •Hands-on open source knowledge including Apache Web Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, and Terraform.
