•Participate in on-call and incident response, helping restore services and communicate clearly during incidents, with increasing ownership over time.
•Identify reliability risks and drive fixes through better alerting, automation, and system changes.
•Own parts of the production environment, including Kubernetes clusters and core platform services, with growing ownership.
•Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces for faster diagnosis and actionable signals.
•Automate repetitive tasks and improve tooling to reduce toil and improve day-to-day operations.
