Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in a quantitative field (or B.S./M.S. plus equivalent experience) such as computational biology, cancer biology, statistics, bioinformatics, or computer science.
  • •4+ years of experience with bioinformatics infrastructure, automation, and software engineering.
  • •Strong computational and programming skills in Python (or equivalent), including experience with large-scale systems.
  • •Fundamental understanding of bioinformatics (central dogma and molecular/cancer biology) and/or familiarity with regulatory processes.
  • •Experience with NGS data analysis, bioinformatic pipelines, and containerized cloud computing environments such as Docker in GCP, Azure, or AWS.
