  • •Conduct lab tests of resin or film and perform quality checks on all lines.
  • •Perform Elmendorf tear tests, dart drop tests, and gauge film using Measure Tech.
  • •Report non-conformances to the Lead Quality Auditor and/or Shift Supervisor and take appropriate action on non-conforming product.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and fill in for the Lead Quality Auditor as requested; enter test results into the computer.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with one to three months related experience or training (or equivalent combination).
  • •Knowledge of quality testing for product and ability to follow safety, ISO, and GMP policies.
  • •Ability to perform lab testing on resin/film, including Elmendorf tear tests, dart drop tests, and film gauging using Measure Tech.
