Verification Engineering Manager (ASIC & FPGA)

Lead a verification engineering team supporting Boeing’s ASIC & FPGA engineering organization. You’ll initially manage about 5–10 verification engineers, recruit and grow the organization, and drive program execution by identifying risks and removing obstacles. Provide technical leadership through verification practices and reviews, mentor engineers and future leaders, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with ASIC/FPGA design, systems engineering, software, and program management. Expected to be 100% onsite in El Segundo or Huntington Beach.
