Job Summary

Proactive Salesforce Administrator to optimize and enhance the Salesforce platform for the Sales Operations team. Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to understand needs, implement scalable CRM solutions, improve workflows, automation, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility, and drive operational excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, supporting day-to-day system operations, user support, configuration, and platform enhancements
•Partner with Sales Operations leadership and Sales teams to improve workflows, automation, reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and overall sales efficiency
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Engineering, Business Systems, and Salesforce Developers to gather business requirements and implement scalable CRM solutions aligned with operational processes
•Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports
•Develop reporting and dashboard solutions that support sales performance tracking, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 105,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or PhD without experience or equivalent work experience
•Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
•Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and sales process optimization
•Experience in supporting Sales Operations, CRM strategy, or commercial operations teams
•Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Reports, Dashboards, and automation tools
