  • •Promote a team environment by developing direct reports, providing training resources, coaching on safety/quality/productivity, and facilitating job bidding.
  • •Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly department meetings for safety, performance, issue resolution (Tier/GEMBA), and updates.
  • •Maintain daily statistics, communicate warehouse/material availability metrics, coordinate support from other functions, and assign overtime as needed to meet delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of supervisory/people leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience using SAP ERP systems.
  • •APICS supply chain certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD).
  • •Experience with Lean Planning Concepts.
