Job Summary

Lead the plant’s EHS (environmental, health, and safety) program to ensure facility compliance with State and Federal regulations. Support company safety, GMP and HACCP policies, conduct safety training, organize annual trainings (including Haz.Com., Confined Space, Fall Protection, and LOTO), complete OSHA forms and reports, and drive incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the safety program at the plant and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
•Follow and support company Safety, GMP and HACCP policies.
•Conduct safety training for new employees and organize annual safety training.
•Complete OSHA forms and reports.
•Conduct incident investigations, perform risk assessments, and lead/implement safety projects.
