Key Responsibilities

  • •Own recruiting coordination: source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring pipeline.
  • •Run onboarding for new hires, operators, and interns; maintain HR records, documentation, and basic compliance.
  • •Manage lab logistics including inventory, shipping/receiving, and hardware tracking across 60+ robot platforms.
  • •Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners; own facilities and keep the lab running smoothly day to day.
  • •Handle finance and administrative tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, record-keeping) and plan culture/community events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (any major).
  • •0–3 years of experience in operations or ops-heavy roles, or equivalent track record; internship candidates may be currently enrolled.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills, with discretion handling sensitive information.
