Job Summary

Provide onsite technical engagement for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems, specializing in system and network design. •Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
•Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.

•Establish and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
•Provide technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of work-related experience in high-tech electronics in a system design role or technical customer support role.
•In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
•Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong written and oral communication skills in English to collaborate with management and engineering.
