Key Responsibilities

•Contract Governance & Compliance: Ensure full alignment between MSA, LSA and SOF in collaboration with service providers and Operating Entities; Review contractual deviations and coordinate formal approval with AZ Services Legal, Procurement and AFS leadership.
•Change, Risk & Audit Management: Lead end-to-end contract change management processes including assessment, documentation, approval and implementation; Proactively identify contractual, regulatory and operational risks associated with outsourced services.
•Financial & Performance Management: Validate OE invoices against approved scope, pricing and commercial terms defined in LSA and SOF; Perform contract-related financial tracking, cost controlling and benchmarking activities.
•Stakeholder & Provider Management: Act as primary contract interface for service providers and OE SPOS and OE sr. management; Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders including COO, CFO, Legal and Procurement.
•Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify and assess opportunities for automation, AI and digital solutions within the contract management lifecycle; Steer AI implementation initiatives in collaboration with service providers to enhance efficiency, compliance and insight generation.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Contract Management, Vendor Management, Procurement or Contract Governance.
•Experience working with external service providers in regulated, performance-driven environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
•World Commerce & Contracting certified professional is a plus.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
