Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and customize SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS apps (standard or customer-specific) within SAP HCM environments
  • •Digitize and optimize HR workflows such as leave requests, travel expense reporting, time recording (CATS), and payslips
  • •Further develop Fiori/UI5 applications to improve user experience (UX) and mobility
  • •Manage integrations by connecting to the SAP HCM back-end and ensuring correct data integration; set up roles and authorizations
  • •Develop customer-specific reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP-OO, and provide user support and training for self-services

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field
  • •More than 5 years of experience with SAP Employee & Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS)
  • •Solid knowledge of adjacent SAP HCM modules including personnel administration, time management, and organizational management
  • •Strong skills in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and WebDynpro
  • •Proficiency in ABAP/ABAP-OO (including BAdIs, BAPIs, and user exits) plus experience with SAP BTP app implementation and Clean-Core
