Job Summary

Lead the development and Martech strategy to optimize, integrate, and innovate Philips’ digital platforms and marketing technology stack. Own IDP eco planning, data governance for compliance, and KPI dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own Martech strategy to optimize, integrate, and innovate digital platforms and the Martech stack.
•Plan and manage IDP-related data and system architecture, evaluating and optimizing tools such as sCRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
•Oversee data governance for accuracy, security, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA, and build KPI dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
•Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to align Martech strategies with organizational goals and advise leadership on technology investments.
•Streamline workflows for lead generation, customer journey mapping, personalization, and conduct audits for automation and tool consolidation; recommend adoption of healthcare tech trends (e.g., AI/ML, telehealth).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, omnichannel transformation, go-to-market optimization, or a related field.
•Proficiency with sCRM, marketing automation, analytics, and healthcare platforms.
•Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing an agile, customer-centric operating model.
•Demonstrated track record working with digital, data privacy, HIPAA, cybersecurity, analytics, and/or technology organizations to deliver solutions.
•Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
