Job Summary

Lead the technical engagements for Autodesk Forma, translating customer business goals into scalable workflows, integrations, and data insights. Act as a trusted technical advisor to APAC ANZ construction clients, designing dashboards, health checks, and integrations to maximize adoption and ROI across large AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert in Forma, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities.
•Lead technical engagements with customers, analysing workflows and designing solutions that support improved project and construction processes.
•Configure and optimize Forma workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination.
•Design dashboards, reports, and analytics that help customers track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes.
•Support integrations between Forma and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies using available APIs and data connectors.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
•Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations.
•Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes.
•Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption in enterprise environments.
•Experience creating data dashboards, reporting, or analytics using construction project data.
