Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate tow trucks and other equipment to move disabled, improperly parked, or non-operational vehicles across the lot.
  • •Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles in accordance with company safety guidelines.
  • •Respond to requests for vehicle recovery, removals, or repositioning in a timely manner and stage vehicles for sale/transport/inspection/customer pickup.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report mechanical or safety issues; maintain accurate records/logs.
  • •Assist with general lot operations tasks as needed and perform routine maintenance checks on tow truck and front-end loader.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of related work experience, OR a degree/certification above GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR 7 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license; safe driving required.
  • •Ability to acquire DOT medical card after hire.
  • •Ability to walk long distances and regularly stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
  • •Ability to lift 1–30 pounds and perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, and climbing.
