Job Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control for ADNOC offshore projects. Build and manage integrated project schedules (L1–L4) using Primavera P6, maintain baselines and WBS, analyze schedule/cost performance, and develop cash flow projections and forecasts. Drive recovery planning, risk analysis, and change control, while preparing KPI dashboards and advising project management with data-driven reporting. Mentor planning and cost control teams to ensure compliance and accurate contractor submissions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control for ADNOC offshore projects to ensure delivery within approved budgets.
•Develop and manage integrated project schedules (L1–L4) using Primavera P6, including baselines, WBS, and coding structures.
•Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, implement recovery plans, and perform schedule risk analysis with mitigation strategies.
•Prepare, control, and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts by tracking actual vs. planned costs, variances, and cash flow projections.
•Oversee progress measurement, validate contractor progress, ensure change control compliance, and produce weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting while mentoring the planning and cost control team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent).
•Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
