Job Summary

Support daily construction site HSE by working with site teams, contractors, and supervisors to ensure safety requirements are understood and followed. Manage safety data in HSE systems, complete audits and inspections, and accurately record observations and corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, and provide guidance to construction supervision, including RAMS and permit compliance. This is a full-time on-site role in North Ayrshire with an initial 3-month term.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage safety on site and support daily compliance with construction teams, contractors, and supervisors.
•Complete safety audits/inspections and record findings accurately within HSE systems.
•Enter safety observations, audit results, and corrective actions into databases with attention to detail.
•Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for client submissions.
•Deliver inductions and toolbox talks, and assist with RAMS and permit compliance; support safety campaigns and incident reporting/investigations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in construction HSE environments (pharmaceutical experience would be advantageous).
•Solid understanding of safety systems, reporting, and compliance.
•Good MS Office skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•NEBOSH Certificate and relevant C&G, ONC/HNC qualification (NVQ Level 4 IOSH is desirable).
