Key Responsibilities

•Initiate molding machine start-up and ensure proper functionality to meet on-time production targets.
•Troubleshoot molding machine malfunctions or bottlenecks; make material-change or process adjustments and document outcomes.
•Communicate and verify raw material adjustments with material handlers to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
•Conduct test runs for process or machine adjustments to ensure quality-standard alignment.
•Change machine inserts for product wording/labeling per customer specifications and notify maintenance for electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience processing molding machines.
•Lock out/tag out authorization (provided by OES).
•Designated Paulson online training as specified by supervision.
