Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all elements of employment tax compliance, including income tax, payroll tax, and social security tax.
  • •Advise cross-functional partners on employment tax matters (compensation, benefits, travel & expenses, and remote work).
  • •Lead global employment tax projects and produce comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • •Support employment tax audits by gathering and analyzing data and responding to information requests.
  • •Monitor changing tax laws and regulations, driving actions and communications as needed while improving operational efficiency with standard methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in tax compliance, including payroll tax, benefit tax, and equity-related tax issues.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well-reasoned judgments in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • •Preferred certifications: CPA, ACA or FCA, or EA.
