Key Responsibilities

•Manage all elements of employment tax compliance, including income tax, payroll tax, and social security tax.
•Advise cross-functional partners on employment tax matters (compensation, benefits, travel & expenses, and remote work).
•Lead global employment tax projects and produce comprehensive reports and documentation.
•Support employment tax audits by gathering and analyzing data and responding to information requests.
•Monitor changing tax laws and regulations, driving actions and communications as needed while improving operational efficiency with standard methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field.
•3+ years of relevant experience in tax compliance, including payroll tax, benefit tax, and equity-related tax issues.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well-reasoned judgments in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
•Strong ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
•Preferred certifications: CPA, ACA or FCA, or EA.
