Job Summary

Be the Client Service ambassador for the boutique, delivering exceptional hospitality and serving as the first point of contact for clients. Manage in-store traffic flow and appointments, oversee the virtual queue and waiting experience, and proactively engage clients while they wait. Support private client area readiness, coordinate hospitality (including refreshments), and handle service requests such as online pick-ups and repairs. Help improve client flow and escalate concerns.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the boutique, creating warm first impressions and guiding them to the right area or team member.
•Manage boutique traffic flow and appointments to ensure a seamless in-store experience, including virtual queue and waiting time optimization.
•Proactively engage and entertain clients while they wait, providing personalized attention and maintaining a luxury experience.
•Support service requests during visits (including online pick-ups, repairs, and other client needs) and coordinate hospitality such as refreshments.
•Prepare private client areas for appointments and partner with sales, service teams, visual merchandising, and security to maintain smooth boutique operations.

Key Requirements

•Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends.
•Experience in customer service and/or sales; a background in a luxury environment is advantageous.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Display a high standard of presentation and grooming.
•Ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
