Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope, delivery resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedules & milestones, quality control, and risks.
  • •Conduct bid evaluations and recommend delivery resources based on pre-qualified lists and/or qualification processes.
  • •Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines; ensure functions stay on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Collaborate with the project team to guide implementation and completion, including leading meetings to review project status.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Lead multi-discipline real estate project management across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Develop project delivery resources and manage complex RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommendations to clients.
  • •Apply advanced problem-solving to develop improved methods beyond existing solutions for business impact.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
