Key Responsibilities

•Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, and volume) across the AV solutions portfolio and maintain CRM discipline
•Drive a strong sales pipeline across display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and integrated AV solutions
•Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; understand business needs and upgrade opportunities
•Conduct needs assessments and present technically sound AV solutions; translate specifications into proposals and presentations for decision-makers
•Coordinate with pre-sales, AV engineers, project delivery, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order-to-delivery and project execution

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
•5–8 years of experience in Audio Visual solutions sales in the UAE
•Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (LED/display, video conferencing platforms, digital signage, control systems) and architectures
•Proficiency in CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting; ability to forecast and manage a sales pipeline
•Proven track record selling to corporate, government, and enterprise clients in the UAE
