Key Responsibilities

•Own ambiguous, cross-org AI bets end-to-end by identifying high-leverage problems and driving prototypes into durable production tools.
•Build and ship internal apps, prototypes, and automations quickly, iterating with users toward production quality.
•Define reusable patterns and reference architectures (internal libraries, MCPs, skills/plugins) that help others build faster and safer.
•Embed with teams across CX, Trust & Safety, Ops, and GTM to find problems and build solutions alongside them.
•Integrate AI tools with internal systems and data sources via APIs, connectors, and event-driven workflows so automations act on real state.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ship fast and iterate with real users, using senior judgment to know where not to invest and measure impact by problems solved and tools adopted.
•Hands-on experience building with current LLM products (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and agent frameworks (Cowork, Glean, Dust), including prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, agents, and evals.
•Connect AI to real data and tools via APIs, webhooks, and connectors, reasoning about reliability, latency, cost, and access controls.
•Define reusable patterns and raise the technical bar across an org (including mentoring other engineers).
•Translate non-technical users’ workflows into software solutions and teach others to build for themselves.
