Job Summary

Build and evolve a field operations platform used on active construction sites with limited connectivity. Work across the full stack—React web frontend, React Native (iOS/Android) mobile apps, and a Python/Django backend on PostgreSQL hosted in AWS. Design and implement well-tested REST APIs, collaborate with product and QA teams, improve architecture and development workflows, and support reliability through on-call ownership.

•Build and maintain features across the full stack, including React web, React Native mobile apps (iOS/Android), and Python/Django backend.

•Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
•Mentor engineers through code reviews and support production reliability via on-call ownership of production issues.

Salary: USD 107,000 - 157,300 annually
