Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end spare parts operations including forecasting, ordering, stocking, and distribution of genuine Hino parts.
•Ensure optimal inventory levels to support workshop operations, B2B customers, fleet accounts, and distributors.
•Maintain inventory health through stock turnover, ageing control, and obsolescence reduction, including regular stock audits and physical inventories.
•Liaise with Hino principals and approved suppliers on parts procurement, pricing, promotions, warranty claims, and returns while ensuring OEM policy compliance.
•Lead, coach, and develop the Spare Parts team to achieve performance objectives, including manpower planning, performance management, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
•Minimum of five years' experience in spare parts or aftersales operations within the UAE market
•Strong B2B experience, including management of fleet, corporate, and key accounts
•Proven track record in a dealer and distributor operating model, preferably in commercial vehicles or the heavy-duty automotive sector
•Sound understanding of UAE market dynamics, customer expectations, and distributor operations
