Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor aircraft maintenance tasks and methods in the shop to ensure alignment with customer repair orders and prevent quality problems.
  • •Determine, develop, and monitor inspection and test techniques to meet customer flow-down requirements for each shop visit.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to improve maintenance processes and eliminate quality issues.
  • •Work with government and/or customer representatives to interpret and reach agreement on quality procedures and product acceptability.
  • •Investigate and resolve product quality problems, review rejected hardware for cause and corrective action, and evaluate returned material for serviceability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •One year of experience in quality or a technical field working with quality management systems.
  • •Must reside within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.
  • •This position requires U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
