Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical owner of a product line within the operations division across the product lifecycle from NPI to volume production.
  • •Work with industrial and supplier engineering teams to evaluate and qualify components against technical, quality, and cost requirements.
  • •Analyze component suitability and integration into the system architecture.
  • •Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) to optimize cost, quality, and uptime, supporting prototype builds and system integration during NPI.
  • •Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and change management via engineering change orders (ECOs), and stay current on semiconductor industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or systems engineering.
  • •Profound experience in product development within the semiconductor equipment or high-tech capital equipment industry.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, metrology).
  • •Experience with vacuum systems, robotics, high voltage management, or precision motion control is highly desirable.
  • •Knowledge in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, NX), PLM systems, LEAN methods, and SAP is an added advantage.
