Key Responsibilities

•Define event strategy and portfolio planning by evaluating conferences, trade shows, and partner events based on audience fit, pipeline opportunity, and priorities; set objectives and success metrics with a clear business case tied to pipeline, brand visibility, or account engagement.
•Own booth strategy and on-site presence, including floor layout, messaging, demo flow, staffing, and branded materials; ensure demos and materials are current and relevant to attending segments.
•Coordinate GTM teams to align event calendars with territory priorities, target accounts, and key selling moments; build pre-event briefing materials and run post-event debriefs to capture insights.
•Manage end-to-end event operations, including procurement, vendor contracts, invoicing, and compliance; oversee webinar/virtual event execution (ON24) and travel to key events domestically and internationally.
•Own lead capture, follow-up, and pipeline measurement for each event; track KPIs such as leads, pipeline influenced, meetings, cost per lead, and conversion

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role — with direct ownership of industry conference strategy and execution.
•Demonstrated experience managing trade show and conference presence end-to-end: booth design, staffing, logistics, GTM coordination, and post-event reporting.
•Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred
•Proven track record of managing event budgets and reporting performance against pipeline and ROI metrics
•Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and On24 preferred
