Job Summary

Drive customer adoption and retention by building trusted relationships and ensuring clients get maximum value from Insider One’s marketing and customer engagement platform. Coordinate with product onboarding, technical account management, and account management teams to provide tech support, training, and best-use-case guidance. Own partner success metrics including gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score, and continuously bring feedback and product ideas to improve outcomes.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact for partners and orchestrate adoption and usage to deliver value.
•Build trusted advisor relationships, support clients in meeting objectives, and resolve escalated customer issues.
•Provide best-use-case guidance, help with product/panel usage, train partners, and consult on how to use products effectively.
•Coordinate with Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams to ensure full tech support when needed.
•Own success metrics including gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score, and take proactive actions to improve them.

Key Requirements

•A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•4+ years of customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting experience in Martech or SaaS.
•Strong communication skills in writing and speaking (English & Malay).
•Strategic thinking with excellent project management skills.
•Customer-oriented with the ability to establish robust relationships with an assigned customer base.
