Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and organize construction and field personnel, directing the field effort through staff activities.
  • •Coordinate with Project Engineer and EPCM Construction Management team to align scope, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
  • •Improve construction safety by reducing site exposure through modularization, standardization, and maximizing off-plot construction.
  • •Develop and monitor brownfield construction strategies and planning initiatives pre-FID and post-FID.
  • •Monitor productivity on site and input to enhance design, contracting strategy, and execution planning for constructability considering HSE, cost, schedule, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or business administration (preferred engineering branches such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in project management including facility construction or remodeling and management experience.
  • •Minimum 15 years oil and gas related project design and engineering experience (preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years oil and gas project delivery experience as an umbrella contract construction manager in a multidisciplinary workforce (preferred).
  • •Experience with productivity measurement/resource-based planning (Level 4 Scheduling) and supervisory/managerial skills.
