Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi, including creating custom reports and supporting universal device management. Monitor and troubleshoot integration “kick-outs” and data issues, configure and support UKG InTouch clocks, and collaborate with Kronos Systems Analysts and business teams on updates. Develop SQL queries and technical documentation, and support migration efforts from WFC (Workforce Central) to UKG Pro WFM.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and manage UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi, including custom reports and universal device management.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration kick-outs and data issues.
•Update and build integrations using UKG Integration Designer tools (Boomi and WIM) to send/receive data to/from other applications.
•Collaborate with Kronos Systems Analysts and business teams on integration and report updates to support configuration enhancements.
•Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor UKG InTouch clocks and support migrations from WFC to UKG Pro WFM, including developing technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent related work or military experience).
•Certification as a Dell Boomi integration developer.
•5+ years developing UKG integrations and custom reports in large corporate environments.
•3+ years creating Dell Boomi integrations in UKG Pro, with strong UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Device management experience.
•Strong SQL experience plus understanding of communication protocols (XML, WSDL/SOAP, REST/JSON, FTP/SFTP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS, HTTP/HTTPS).
