Senior Manager overseeing Samsara’s Deal Desk for EMEA markets (UK, France, DACH, Benelux) and Mexico. You’ll design policies, govern complex and high-volume transactions, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal and Product, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team from a remote UK base, driving sustainable growth.

•Influence deal portfolio across EMEA and Mexico, shaping complex and high-volume transactions to meet corporate financial goals.
•Design and maintain policies, commercial strategies and downstream processes to support Sales segments, partnering cross-functionally to close complex deals.
•Hire, manage and develop a high-performing, inclusive global team of people managers and individual contributors.
•Improve deal review processes, documentation and systems in collaboration with Sales, Operations, IT and Finance, ensuring streamlined customer experiences.
•Build cross-functional partnerships and use data and real-time reporting to identify areas for improvement and communicate results.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of combined experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or equivalent roles.
•Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations.
•Business acumen to translate corporate financial goals into consistent deal support strategy.
•Track record of executing multiple strategic programs across an organization, including process improvements, systems enhancements, and enablement.
•Proficiency in CRM, CPQ and CLM tools and familiarity with downstream systems (e.g., ERP, reporting visualizations)
