Concrete Foreperson

Oversee daily operations for concrete work on job sites by executing instructions from the Project Superintendent and coordinating mobilization of required equipment. Supervise, train, and mentor crews while reading and interpreting construction plans to direct work to specifications. Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance, report mechanical issues, maintain time and material records, and lead by example in safety and compliance. Step in to perform concrete finishing or labor duties as needed.
