Claims Call Centre Associate - Waterloo or Montreal (Waterloo, ON, CA)

Process routine and complex first reports of loss received through multiple channels, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Handle complex technical duties and specialized or pilot projects for commercial lines, manage intake of claims involving Centres of Expertise, and route/co-ordinate appropriately. Work closely with internal partners and external agents/brokers to deliver customer-focused claims service while meeting quality and productivity objectives within established procedures.
